Rebecca Bishop has joined the team at Cooee Lodge in 2023 as a Registered Nurse.
Bec has over 20 years experience in the Aged Care industry, including extensive knowledge of all operational roles within a Residential Aged Care home. Bec can provide direction and leadership in a range of situations, including infection prevention and control, clinical and operational leader in Covid outbreaks, accreditation support and response, and clinical expertise.
Bec has been recognised by her industry peers as a 'People Leader' in Residential Aged Care. Bec prides herself on her ability to collaborate with residents, families and Health professionals to ensure strong relationships are formed and residents are confident in communicating their individual needs.
